What is the refund policy?: To request a refund, send written request to Vacavillegirlsfastpitch@gmail.com by July 31st, 2026 12:00PM. No refunds accepted after July 31st, 2026. Refunds must be requested through the email.

Can a manager choose a coach?: Submit a written request to vacavillegirlsfastpitch@gmail.com. Please note that manager and head coach requests are subject to Board approval and must be mutually requested.

Can my player "Play Up" an age division?: Yes they can and there are some requirements. From the drop down menu Please see About Us then Policies.
